Laselle's Intimina Routine Exercisers are a weighted exerciser that provide easy, effective, safe and simple resistance training to recover and strengthen the pelvic muscles. They can be used for postpartum vaginal tone recovery. The 28g weight allows for a light workout, making it ideal for women who are beginners or have pelvic muscles with little resistance. The 38g weight allows for a moderate workout, and is ideal for women with experience in weightless exercise. The 48g weight allows for a high workout, and is ideal for women with experience exercising with weight.
Intimina Routine Exercisers from Laselle have ultra-soft medical grade silicone coating, inner sphere and cord for removal. According to progression, simply select a higher weight or even combine the exercisers, for a personalised routine. Three different weights, according to training level, with 36mm diameter.
