Returns offers a hassle-free 15 Day return policy!

If, for any reason, you’re not happy with the product you’ve ordered from you can return it to us within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund (this excludes any postage charges). To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the following steps;

1. Request A Returns Label

Please email us at to notify us of your intent to return. Your email should contain the Order Reference Number from your Dispatch Note as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. Please also tell us whether you'd like an alternative product/replacement or a refund.
Please note: any returns which are received without prior notice as per the above will incur a delay in the processing time.

2. Post The Item To Us

To qualify for a refund, any items being retuned must be in their original packaging and with any seal intact and in a re-saleable condition. Ensure that you enclose your Advice Note/Receipt within the package as well as any vouchers or merchandising. Ensure you use secure packaging to seal the parcel. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the parcel go missing.

If you are outside European Union: Please note that the package may go throught customs and may take a little time to reach our offices. Refunds will only be made after the package content inspection.
Please note: will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.
